These are letters that I have sent to Club Penguin asking about different things. If you want to send them an e-mail it is support@clubpenguin.com.

Hello,
I apologize for the delay in our response. We have been extremely busy lately
which has prevented us from answering your e-mail as quickly as we would have
liked. Thank you for your patience!
You have quite a few questions to answer, we will do our best to cover them
all. The Watexs web page you are referring to was not contacted by Club
Penguin at all. The message that was posted is a fake and not from Club
Penguin Support. As long as all penguins follow the rules, we do not intent to
shut down fan sites.
It is really cool that you were able to meet the real \’BillyBob\’ and
\’Rsnail\’. I wish you the best of luck in meeting \’Screen Hog\’. It could
be possible for you to add them to your buddy list, although I don\’t know when
or how often they waddle around Club Penguin. If you do see them again why not
say hi and try and add them as a buddy.
There is still a bit of mystery surrounding the Dojo. Finding the \”ninja\”
egg just added more questions to the purpose of this room. There are some
penguins who think that this is the super secret head quarters of the ninja
penguins. I don\’t know what to think about this. Then again anything is
possible in Club Penguin.
The topic of ninjas has been popping up for quite some time on Club Penguin.
So far I haven\’t heard of any penguins succeeding in becoming one of these
shadowy characters. There have been rumored sightings at the Lighthouse, Pizza
Shop and Ski Lodge. I have gone to these locations and am stumped. There has
been many penguins searching for the truth in this, maybe you will be the one
to find it.
Moderators at Club Penguin are formally known as Player Support Representatives
(PSR). If you would like to become a PSR and you are at least 18 years of age
please feel free to email your resume to resumes@clubpenguin.com.
If you are still a little young, a great way to help Club Penguin stay safe is
by becoming a Secret Agent. The Secret Agents are helpers for our moderators,
as they track down and report any penguins that are breaking the Club Penguin
rules. To become a Secret Agent, simply click on the big yellow \”M\” badge in
the right hand corner of Club Penguin.
One of the coolest things about reading all of the emails we get, is the
ability to hear the voice of Club Penguin. Penguins write in about all sorts
of things. As a part of the PSR team we get the unique opportunity to find out
what players like and dislike, we hear all of the crazy and interesting ideas
players have for the site, bugs we may not know about and much more. I don\’t
get tired of the emails.
There are countless hours put into all of the parties and events that are held
at Club Penguin. Just think of all the things that needs to be done. Art has
to be created, programs written, bugs fixed and games tested. That is just a
few of the jobs that have to get done. That being said, there is a lot of work
that goes into making a party or event what it is.
Rockhopper and the Penguin band are as real as any penguin on the site. I can
not discuss the specifics behind these characters though.
The point of Puffles in my opinion are to provide companionship to their
penguin friends. I personally love my Puffle buddies, they are great friends
who all have a different personality of their own. They are just one more
interesting aspect of Club Penguin.
Please be sure that you are always following the Club
Penguin Rules, this will help you to have a fun and enjoyable experience. The
rules for appropriate play on the site can be viewed by using the provided
link:

Please feel free to contact us again if you ever have any other questions,
comments or suggestions.
Best wishes,
Dave N

why are you based in canada
why can some penguins walk on walls when none of the trainers are working?
what do the penguins on cp eat i havent seen them eat any thing but pizz in
that one mission.
-Weshnog
what can you tell me about mods?
-weshnog
when rockhopper is here how can i find him ive been looking forever
can i meet g or aunt arctic?
are humans ever going to discover us penguins on a pretty advanced island?
what is the best way to earn coins?
——
Hello Weshnog,
A lot of questions, my young penguin friend. That is a good way to learn, and
we\’re happy to answer you.
We are based in Canada because that is where the creators of Club Penguin live.
They were (and still are) living in Kelowna, British Columbia, when they came
up with the idea for a safe and fun place in which kids could chat and play.
The rest, as they say, is history!
Penguins walking on walls are able to do so because of several bugs caused by
the updates we made to the site last month. These bugs have almost all been
squished now, the \”moonwalking\” penguins nearly all banned, and order
restored. Rest assured we\’re taking the situation very seriously.
Penguins eat fish that are caught while ice fishing, fish pizza, and other
fish-flavored snacks at the coffee shop. They also like coffee cake.
Our staff of moderators are entrusted with the task of assessing what is
permitted by the filter, as well as with answering all support emails (kinda
like this one). These responsibilities include reviewing all penguin names,
monitoring the website, and reviewing reports made by penguins in-game. By this
we are able to review interactions between players and identify harassment or
inferred vulgarity. Even seemingly \’innocent\’ language is reviewed for
implied meanings, and those penguins who are behaving inappropriately are dealt
with accordingly.
Rockhopper is a tricky pirate to track down sometimes. When on the island, he
generally like to visit with as many of his penguin friends as possible, so
check the busy servers several times a day, and waddle through wide-open rooms
such as the Dock, Iceberg, Snow Forts, Pizza Shop, and the Migrator. Keep your
eyes peeled for large crowds of penguins inside of which Rockhopper might be
too. You\’ll meet him eventually, just don\’t give up!
\”G\” and Aunt Arctic don\’t get out much, mostly due to the huge amount of
work they have to do. Feel free write in to the newspaper though, using the
submissions page of the CP Times…Aunt Arctic reads all her messages. You can
also meet \”G\” in the Secret Agent training missions, so if you haven\’t signed
up to join the Penguin Secret Agency yet, get there on the double!
I don\’t know if humans will ever discover us penguins. That\’s a good
question, but one which we\’ve not really though about yet. It\’s a safe bet
that the answer is \”no\” though, at least for the foreseeable future.
The best way to earn coins is by doing combinations of tricks in games like
Catchin\’ Waves and Cart Surfer. Here are some super secret moves for Cart
Surfer that should help you to earn big points!
spacebar + left or right – 360 spin
spacebar + up – you will fly
down + left or right – you will \”grind\” the track
down + spacebar – back flip
up – you will surf on the cart
you can also grind and surf around the corners.
To get the most coins when playing cart surfer try different combinations of
the tricks by pressing different buttons.
If you have any other questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact
us again.
Waddle on,
Rob

Hello,
Thank you for letting us know about your findings. We will be sure to add them
to our investigation report. Keep up the great work!
When we released our new features a few weeks ago, a few bugs popped up that we
didn\’t quite expect. One of these bugs allowed a small number of players to
walk on the roof of the Night Club. While I bet being on the Night Club roof
gives you a great view of Club Penguin, this bug interfered with a few
important game play aspects so we are working on getting it fixed.
We appreciate you taking the time to notify us of what you witnessed. You have
done a great job by letting us know, and I assure you that our Team of
Moderators will take it from here. We do not encourage penguins to test out
this bug, as it may result in their penguin account being banned.
Remember, the Night Club is for dancing IN and not dancing ON!
Make sure to let us know if you see any other bugs, and if you are looking for
the best view of our snowy island, check out the Ski Hill or the Lighthouse
Beacon!
Waddle on,
Angela

i have seen some evidence of nijas, being the reflextion on one over thr
fire in the ski lodge and a shadow by the net in the light house and one
time i saw a hacker who claimed to be a ninja on top of the night club on
mamoth..i think there are nijas
——-
Hello,
That is a great question! There are many rumours circulating around the site
whether or not ninjas exist. Unfortunately I am not sure of the answer to this
question. Many penguins claim to have seen a ninja or even be one, but I have
never seen it myself. The best advice I can give is to search the island for
any conclusive evidence about the mysterious ninjas!
Have a great day,
Dave E

Can you tip the ice berg?
-weshnog
——-
Hello,
To date, no penguin has been able to tip the Iceberg. We are not sure if it
possible or what happens if it does tip because we have yet to see it happen.
I am very curious about this! Keep trying, maybe you will be the penguin to
finally succeed! Try new tipping ideas that haven\’t been tried before. Be
creative!
Sincerely,
Rachel M
